Pooja is a consultant working in Slade Group’s Education practice, specialising in schools and universities. She has experience working for education agencies and sourcing teachers for the successful Teach for Australia program. Pooja is skilled in talent acquisition and retention, recruitment process improvement and has a focus on diversity and inclusion.

She has a Master’s degree in Management (Human Resources), gained with First Class Honours.
