Louise Craw is a highly respected leader in the industry, with over 30 years consulting and Board experience in the Recruitment and Human Resources sector.

Louise has operated within the executive, professional and contract recruiting space, with significant experience in talent acquisition and talent management, business development, relationship building and key account management. She has primarily worked with clients from ASX organisations, higher education, health and the manufacturing sector.

Louise has been working with our organisation for most of her management career,  previously as a General Manager and as a Non Executive Director on the Board of Slade Group. Most recently she has been working alongside all four of the Group’s divisions in a consulting capacity and has now returned following a year long break to work directly within Slade Executive.

Louise is recognised for her extensive commercial knowledge, warm client and candidate engagement and ability to develop long-term relationships.
